- You must provide accurate and up-to-date personal and payment information.
2. Vehicle Use
- The leased vehicle may only be used for personal or business purposes as specified in your agreement.
- You are responsible for adhering to all traffic laws and ensuring proper care of the vehicle.
- The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities, racing, towing, or any unauthorized purposes.
3. Payments
- Payments must be made on time as outlined in your lease agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.
- You are responsible for any fines, tolls, or penalties incurred during the lease period.
4. Mileage and Wear
- Each lease includes a mileage limit. Exceeding the limit will result in additional charges as specified in your agreement.
- Normal wear is expected, but you may be charged for excessive damage, cleaning, or repairs.
5. Insurance
- You are required to maintain valid insurance coverage for the vehicle during the entire lease period.
- Proof of insurance must be provided before taking possession of the vehicle.
6. Maintenance and Repairs
- Regular maintenance of the vehicle is included in your lease.
- Any damage or repairs caused by negligence or misuse will be your responsibility.
7. Termination and Early Returns
- If you terminate the lease early, additional fees may apply as stated in your agreement.
- The vehicle must be returned in the agreed-upon condition at the end of the lease period.
8. Liability
- AutoEli is not liable for personal injuries, property damage, or loss of items left in the vehicle.
- You are responsible for any damages or injuries caused during the use of the vehicle.
9. Modifications to Terms
- AutoEli reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website or notifying customers.
10. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from your lease agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Downers Grove, Illinois, 60516, United States.
