What to Do If You’ve Lost Something

If you think you’ve left an item in one of our vehicles, simply:

1. Call Us:
   Reach out to our team at +1 331-343-8939 
   Please provide:
   • The name of the car you were driving.
   • Date and time of your trip.
   • A detailed description of the lost item.
2. We’ll Handle the Rest:
   Our team will check the vehicle and notify you promptly if your item is located.

Important Notes

• While AutoEli is not liable for lost items, we’ll do everything possible to assist you.
• Unclaimed items will be securely held for 30 days before being disposed of or donated.
